Skoda has surprised the automotive world with its latest electric vehicle, the Enyaq iV Estate. The Czech automaker has unveiled a sleek and spacious station wagon that combines the practicality of a family car with the performance and efficiency of an EV.
The Enyaq iV Estate is based on the Enyaq iV SUV, which was launched last year as Skoda'sSkoda's first electric vehicle built on Volkswagen Group's MEB platform. The station wagon version has a longer roofline and a more aerodynamic shape, resulting in more cargo space and lower drag coefficient.
The Skoda Enyaq iV Estate will offer two battery options: a 62 kWh pack with a range of 340 miles (WLTP) and an 82 kWh pack with a range of 460 miles (WLTP). Both batteries can be charged up to 80% in 38 minutes using a 125 kW DC fast charger. The station wagon will also have two electric motors, one on each axle, providing all-wheel drive and a combined output of 265 kW (360 hp).
